Delivery FAQs
After placing my order, when will I hear from you?
Once your order is placed, we’ll send an acknowledgement and then get in touch within a few working days to agree a convenient delivery slot.
Can I specify a delivery time?
We’ll work with you to choose a delivery day that fits your plans. While we can’t offer precise time windows due to our pre-planned routes, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
Will you contact me on the day?
Yes — you’ll receive a quick call from our driver on the day so you know when to expect us.
Where will you deliver my logs?
“We unload as near as safely possible to the location you specify, subject to vehicle access and ground conditions.”
Are there any access restrictions?
If access to your property is limited in any way – such as tight lanes, or steep gradients – please mention this when you place your order so we can plan the most suitable approach. Our delivery vehicle is 5m long, 2.55m wide and 2.7m high.
Can I rearrange my delivery after ordering?
Absolutely. Just give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and we’ll happily move your delivery to another day.

Is there a fee if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your delivery, a small fee may apply to help cover the costs already incurred.
Do I need to be at home when you deliver?
You don’t need to be in, although it’s always easier if someone is around. If that’s not possible, tell us ahead of time and we’ll arrange a safe place to leave your logs.
Can you stack the logs for me?
Yes – our stacking service is priced as follows: £7.50 per bulk Bag or £12.50 for a half load & £20 for a full load.
How do I need to store the logs?
Keep your logs in a dry, airy spot so they stay in good shape. A tidy stack allows air to move through the pile. During wet spells, pop a cover over the top to protect them from the rain.

We accept card payment when you place your order, and in some cases payment can also be made on delivery.”
